Dandiya Darbar, is the signature fundraising event of the club was held on Oct 1st 2022, at the Taj Connemera. Our District Governor Rtn. Dr. N Nandhakumar and First Lady Rtn Dr. Sumedha graced the event. Total amount of Rs. 70 lakhs was raised.
Rotary club of Ambattur in the Rotary year 2022-23 have done over 35 projects over the 4 avenues which includes 9 in community services, 9 in vocational services, 12 in club services, 2 in international services and 3 in fund raising events. Medical screening camp at Puzhal Prison
A Mega medical camp was inaugurated by our DG Rtn Dr Nandakumar and DIG of the prison.
Conducted by District Health team and RCA was a participating Club.
A sequence of screening at 7 different rooms for General with diabities , Skin, Dental, Eye, Bone, Cardiac & Hepatitis.

Menstrual hygiene awareness program
The issue of menstrual hygiene is inadequately acknowledged and has not received proper attention. Use of sanitary pads and washing the genital area are essential practices to keep the menstrual hygiene. Unhygienic menstrual practices can affect the health of the girls and there is an increased vulnerability to reproductive tract infections and pelvic inflammatory diseases and other complications

End polio awareness program
Rotary Club of Ambattur along with Tv Nagar school organized a Polio awareness program at TV Nagar park with slogans. There were about 30 students who did this awareness program with the help of interact club faculties.

Rotary club of Ambattur along with Rotaract club of KRMMC conducted an Entrepreneurship session for Rotaractors.

Session on Natural Nutritional Diet (International day of girl child)
Rtn.Dr. Suchithra Raj, holistic mind counsellor.
She addressed students on Natural nutritional diet and asked students to take care of their health as it will gain more confidence in this society.

Launch of Vocation Training Program
Launch of vocational center for making cloth pads. Chief guest - Rtn Sarada Ramani-Additional chairman - TRF Guest of Honor - Rtn J S k Naidu-Dist Chairman vocational service. Venue - Ayapakkam after school learning center. The above event is Led by our Rtn Ajitha Balan - Director Vocational service in the presence of Rtn Upendra bhatia - Chairman Ayyapakkam center.

Polio Plus fundraising project
We asked our members to contribute to Rotary polio plus.
Rtn.Deepan is the chairman of polio plus project. We raised 1,650 US dollars ( Rs.1,36,300) . We met Rtn.Dr. Dakshayani, DRFC and gave contributed funds
